Ordering, Shipment and Return Policy

Shipment:
Our goods will be shipped with EMS Express Service. In rare cases where EMS doesn’t serve your destination, we will choose the best shipping method/service available.  For international deliveries there might be additional taxes and duties. These will be charged to the recipient.

Return Policy
We hope you are delighted with your new purchase, and we are committed to lasting customer relationships.  If you are not satisfied with your merchandise, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of its purchase. Due to the nature of our jewelry, only unworn items may be returned or exchanged.

To make your return, please send us a short email to info@marioncarsten.com to obtain a return authorization number. Return authorization numbers expire 10 days after being issued.

When returning jewelry, please use the original package and include in your shipment the gift box used along with all packing material, its return authorization number, and your receipt.  Shipping charges and shipping risks are the responsibility of the customer.

A credit for the price of your purchase will be made to your PayPal account/credit card.
We are not responsible for lost, misdirected, or delayed mail.

Ordering
When visiting this site, you will have the option to purchase goods without registering. However, marion carsten jewelry may collect information about specific transactions, including without limitation: transaction type, payment, shipping and billing information, content viewed, price of goods purchased, etc. This information is kept for our records and marion carsten jewelry reserves the right to keep this information for an indeterminate length of time.

Payment
Your online payments will be processed through PayPal. You may be required to register an account with PayPal, in order to complete your online purchase, and to protect your information, verify your credit card details, and prevent credit fraud.  Registering with PayPal generates no additional fees for you, nor does it in any way oblige you to further use this account.
