Ordering, Shipment and Return Policy

Shipment:
Our goods will be shipped with EMS Express Service. In rare cases where EMS doesn’t deserve your destination we will choose the best shipping way/service available.
For international deliveries there might be additional taxes and duties. These are to the charge of the recipient.

Return Policy
We hope you are delighted with your new purchase, and we are committed to having you as a lasting customer.
If you are not satisfied with your merchandise, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of its purchase. Due to the nature of our jewelry, only unworn items may be returned or exchanged.
To make your return, please send us a short email to info@marioncarsten.com to obtain a return authorization number. Return authorization numbers expire 10 days after being issued.
When returning jewelry, please use the original package and include in your shipment the gift box used along with all packing material, its return authorization number, and your receipt.  Shipping charges and shipping risks are the responsibility of the customer.
A credit for the price of your purchase will be made to your PayPal account/credit card.
We are not responsible for lost, misdirected, or delayed mail.
